The room stays open — around the clock, by intention, maintained with commercially reasonable effort.

Technical note — every render runs on external model providers. When a provider drops frames, that model drops frames here. For that reason no fixed uptime percentage is promised.

The remedy is automatic — a failed take refunds its credits to your balance. Downtime never bills.

Maintenance — short, planned, scheduled between sessions where possible.

The desk — [email protected], answered within one business day. Extended dark? Unused purchased credits stay refundable under the Refunds Policy.
