Refunds Policy

Failed take — its credits return to your balance automatically. The bill never prints.

Unused credits — purchased credits still on the shelf are refundable to the original payment method. Write from your account email to [email protected] within 14 days of the purchase, naming the transaction.

Non-refundable — credits burned on completed renders, and bonus credits issued free (no cash value).

Settlement — approved refunds return to the original payment method, typically in 5–10 business days, at the banks' pace.
