Payment Policy

Accepted — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

The billing model — one top-up, one charge. KADRA runs no subscriptions, no recurring billing, no trials. The figure on screen at checkout is the figure billed, once.

Before you roll — the full price is carded up front, in the currency you selected.

Card path — payments run on a secure hosted page operated by a PCI DSS-compliant processor; card data never enters the cutting room. Billing address is taken once, on the first card payment.

On the statement — the charge reads KADRA. Anything unfamiliar: [email protected] before disputing; the desk answers within a business day.
